Our Story

We take great pride in offering a very friendly and approachable interior design service. As a multidisciplinary team consisting of experienced and talented designers, interior architects, and project coordinators, we provide a comprehensive service that allows us to undertake and seamlessly deliver on some of the most ambitious and prestigious design projects.

Our carefully-assembled team of worldwide artisans, contractors and suppliers have been selected through rigorous interviews and case interviews, ensuring that they are well-adept at carrying out our designs to our high levels of precision, quality, and care.

Alicia Koh
As our head designer, Alicia has a keen eye for design and colour, and describes herself as a problem solver. She’s our calm and opinionated leader, whom often who we spill our worries to. With her clean and simple designs, you can count on her for a sleek and modern tweak to your space. One thing she can’t live without? Designing, of course.
Eugene Seah
As the co-founder of i.Poise and head of the CCC ( Coffee-crazed-club), Eugene is a charismatic leader that exudes captivating confidence. A prime example of an extrovert putting his love for meeting new people into good use, he is down to earth with an aim to serve happiness above all. His personal believe in putting people above profits is clear with him going above and beyond for us working in i.Poise Design.
Jenny Tan
Jenny is head of our quantity surveyor team, which means she’s the one in charge of administration, project management and coordination. Thriving on only work and sleep, you can count on her to be responsible, hardworking and impactful, ensuring our operations are as smooth as butter to build your dream space.
Jake Tong
With years of experience in the industry, Jake has an eye for detail and an ardour for design. He strives for excellence and tries to offer the best possible service to clients. His patient and understanding nature allow clients to be comfortable around him for a pleasant experience.
Laura Garcia
Laura specialises in space planning, design concept and design proposals to our clients. She’s a creative, optimistic and ambitious foodie, and is always looking for new inspiration from design magazines and Instagram accounts to stay on the ball with current trends. Her style is minimal modern, and uses a mainly white and grayscale palette (and also very fond of concepts involving wood!).
Lim Chee How
Our 2D & 3D drafter, Chee Hao, is a hardworking team player who always brings waves of positivity to our office. Although he says he can’t live without watermelon (as a joke, of course!), we all know that his secret to his amazing design works are the two harder-working computers at his desk.
Ou Cai Hong
Cai Hong is part of our quantity surveyor team that manages our quotations and guarantees that it reaches industrial standards. She also upkeeps the administration duties in our studio. With her candid, caring personality, it comes as no surprise that she is well loved within our company.
Eric Tan
Eric produces high quality work with his personal believe that art is not what you see, but what you make others see. He ensures that all 2-Dimensional layouts he receive are brought to life through visually stunning 3D designs with vibrant colours and optimal choice of materials.
Joel Chin
Apart from being a member of our company’s coffee-crazed club, Joel often spends his free time browsing through books and studying historical buildings. His goal of creating memorable spaces for clients meshed with his knack of working with vastly different textured materials will fabricate impressionable designs.
Nicole Yang
Putting in her 110%, Nicole always goes above and beyond for every client. Especially after her recent enrolment into the CCC (coffee-crazed-club), we’re sure the percentage has only gone up. She has a passion for fashion and a flair for designing interesting layouts. From listening, understanding and finally executing, her clients have always left more than satisfied with her work. She enjoys the thrill of the challenge in transforming small spaces and thoroughly loves the wabi sabi style.
Kimberley Handoko
As both a dedicated Coffee-crazed-club member and an interior designer, Kimberly loves exploring new cafes as much as exploring new materials. She enjoys brainstorming with the team and comes up with the most detailed concept plan for your every want. With a liking to sleek and distinctive designs, she is out to create memorable and lasting layouts.
Lawson Ang
Sitting atop Lawson’s endless list of positive traits is his commitment and attentiveness levels. His work efficacy has earned the trust of all our designers whereas his personality is like a warm ray of sunshine. While he knows the rules like the back of his hand, he also utilizes the perfect loopholes, delivering quality to all our clients.

Chinese New Year was just round the corner and the clients wanted to move in immediately after the festive period. This was a test of efficiency as there were full hacking works done. In the end, Alicia’s relentless follow-up came through and the clients were able to move into their newly renovated place within that short time frame.
Alicia’s follow-up on the project was very tight which took a lot of the headache off my plate. This being the 2nd time that we have enlisted her services, she has yet again proven herself.

Despite having spent a 6-figure sum on their home for a major renovation, the apartment was falling apart after just 2 years. Alicia was recommended by an industry counterpart and within a tight deadline made the home as good as new at a fraction of the cost. The project was a major challenge with many items such as cabinets and pocket doors that needed to be fabricated, thus requiring a longer time frame to complete. The existing pocket doors were all falling apart but Alicia was able to propose a system that did not require any hacking works, more durable and long lasting.
Alicia is a delight to work with. She fixed our all problems in a tiny window of time during the school holidays. She came up with creative solutions for all our demands, and most importantly – she delivered amazing workmanship, with high quality materials – all to a very reasonable budget and deadline. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Mr and Mrs Jack Lim
As their condominium unit was in move-in condition, little renovation was required. However, space and storage was an issue. So a small bedroom adjoining the master bedroom was merged with the master bedroom and extra cabinets were built throughout the various bedrooms and living area to provide extra storage.
We had a very tight window to move in but Alicia was able to manage the timelines well. She was also able to add in the extra storage without compromising the design and space of the rooms.
