A complete renovation of a condominium in Bukit Timah.
We were instructed to completely redesign and oversee renovation of this vast lateral condominium to create an inviting yet elegant home inspired by our clients’ love for the orient and books. We themed this home a Modern Rustic and Oriental Fusion with its iconic Qin Dynasty Foot Soldier and the Red Door that is a modern version of the Red Palace Door used by the Qin Emperor.
Design Highlights:
As our clients are both lawyers, they have instructed us to give them space for the many books they have collected over the years. With this, we customized a wide black spray-painted bookshelf with a vintage roller ladder. Being wine and liquor connoisseurs, we have also created a mini bar feature wall made of natural stained bricks for them to store and display their aged liquor and wine.
