In this project, our clients’ plan for their home was to cater for their needs. They desired a home with a minimalistic vibe accompanied by accents of luxury materials. In spite of this requirement, they still wanted their home to be easy to clean and practical to maintain.

With “less is more” being a key concept, our team chose items with timeless designs and fine craftsmanship. As clean and geometrical shapes were used, focus can go onto the tactility and the luxury materials used in this project.

Throughout the whole house, only a palette of neutrals has been utilized. With the splashes of black accents, the house had been given a feel of refinement and sumptuousness.

Our clients’ kitchen had also been expanded into the neighboring bedroom, allowing for a large kitchen with an open cooking space. As a result of reconstructing the house’ layout, more windows could be built and allowed more natural light to shine through, giving the house a bright and welcoming ambiance.
