Extensive refurbishment to an elegant condominium in Singapore’s highly sought-after district 15.
Drawing inspiration from the lush greenery surrounding the apartment, our designers envisioned the home as a modern interpretation of an Classic English villa where nature, elegance, and timeless detailing come together. This connection to the outdoors allowed the interiors to feel both grounded and serene, while still carrying a sense of quiet sophistication.
To evoke the charm of 19th-century design, black hardwood flooring was introduced as a rich, anchoring element, complemented by ornate mirrors and intricately detailed dining chairs that lend a sense of refinement and character to the space. These classic touches are carefully balanced with a modern sensibility, ensuring the home feels curated rather than overly traditional.
Given its proximity to the pool, material selection was approached with equal consideration for durability. Water- and moisture-resistant finishes were thoughtfully incorporated, allowing the home to maintain its luxurious aesthetic while remaining practical for everyday living. The result is a space that embodies livable luxury, where beauty and functionality exist effortlessly side by side.

To accentuate the home’s distinct character, our designers leaned into the use of unique fixtures and furnishings as subtle yet impactful details. Antique handles were thoughtfully selected for wardrobes and cabinetry, introducing a sense of classic heritage and tactility to everyday touchpoints.
These were complemented by carefully curated mirrors and decorative elements, each chosen to add depth and personality without overwhelming the space. Together, these details create a layered interior that feels both individual and timeless, quietly setting the home apart through its finer touches.
