Our designers embraced a bold, royal-inspired theme for this modern condominium, carefully balancing richness with restraint. While our clients gravitated towards a darker palette, the challenge was to ensure the space remained inviting rather than heavy or monotonous. To achieve this, we layered deep tones with subtle contrasts, refined finishes, and thoughtful lighting, allowing the home to feel both dramatic and sophisticated without becoming overwhelming.
Beyond aesthetics, functionality was equally prioritised. To maintain the clean and uncluttered look our clients desired, we maximised every inch of space through the integration of concealed and built-in storage solutions.
Design Highlights
To preserve a seamless and uncluttered flow throughout the home, our designers thoughtfully integrated multiple hidden storage solutions tailored to our clients’ lifestyle. One standout feature is a concealed shoe cabinet, discreetly tucked behind what appears to be a wall-mounted artwork, blending functionality with a touch of surprise, while maintaining the visual continuity of the space.
Beyond communal areas, we also carved out a generous walk-in wardrobe, offering our clients a dedicated and organised space for their daily routines. Designed with both practicality and elegance in mind, it complements the overall aesthetic while providing ample storage without overwhelming the room. The result is a home that feels intentionally curated: visually striking with its darker, regal tones, yet effortlessly liveable through smart spatial planning and hidden storage.
